Different subjects require different expertise
Altitude medicine, technical climbing, alpine guiding and trekking logistics involve different professional judgements. Medical claims are reviewed by a medical specialist, while route, equipment, terrain and field-practice claims are reviewed by guides with materially relevant experience.
