ABOUT LIFE HAPPENS OUTDOORS
Rami Rasamny founded the business and incorporated LHO Ltd on 1 September 2015. The company was renamed Life Happens Outdoors Ltd on 6 April 2017. From 2015 to 2018, LHO developed through an early platform and pilot phase; it pivoted to an adventure tour operator in late 2018, with 2019 as its first full operator year. Rami is Founder and Chief Executive, sole director and majority shareholder. Elie Abi Akar is Chief Operating Officer. Ghida Arnaout held zero shares at 31 July 2026 and is not part of current ownership or management. Company number 09756389.

FOUNDER BIO
Rami Rasamny founded Life Happens Outdoors in 2015 and serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He is the company’s sole director and majority shareholder. His path to building the brand was shaped by personal reinvention, early years in the mountains, entrepreneurial hardship, and a deep belief that adventure should be accessible, inclusive, and transformational. A mountaineer and endurance athlete, Rami has solo climbed Ama Dablam, run Mount Kilimanjaro in fourteen hours and twenty three minutes, and set the south to north record on the Lebanon Mountain Trail. Through Life Happens Outdoors, he has led and supported experiences that help people build courage, connection, and confidence in the outdoors and beyond.
