“The human body is capable of doing things you can’t imagine it can do.”

On this episode of Talking Outdoors we talk to LHO team leader Marc Harb, a mountain biker, skier, and triathlete. When he isn’t leading on LHO experiences, Marc spends his time traveling around the world skiing the raddest lines and ripping the best mountain biking trails from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, to the forests of Chiang Mai. He has over 25 years of experience on a pair of skis and 8 years on a bike. His positive energy is contagious and his love for his sports makes even the risk-averse want to hit the hills and experience life on the edge.

“Just like starting anything in life, this takes a little bit of time and consistency. That’s all.”

Marc sits down with childhood adventure buddy and LHO founder Rami to talk about how they came to be in the outdoors and how their experiences have shaped the way they live. They also give a sneak peak into upcoming mountain biking and backcountry skiing experiences that’ll be making their way onto the LHO bucket list soon.
