KILIMANJARO

When you see the size of the bottle you’ll feel like you’re getting your fill of Africa’s highest mountain! A beer named after the tallest freestanding mountain on Earth doesn’t come in a typical size but it isn’t just about quantity. Nothing beats the great taste of this premium lager especially after climbing the real thing!

EVEREST

Of course, the world’s highest is going to have a beer named after it and when you get to Nepal, every other brand is some combination of Everest or 8848, the altitude of the summit in meters. What we love about this beer, apart from its great taste, is the label. It’s an iconic picture of Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, the national hero who climbed alongside Sir Ed Hillary to complete the first successful ascent of the mountain.

THE GOLD OF THE INCAS

Cusquena beer, named after the major Inca settlement of Cusco and whose slogan is “The Gold of the Incas” is another great beer to end the Inca Trail or Salkantay Trail with.

“An epic compliment to this spectacular place is that the island boasts its very own beer!”

BRASSERIE DU MONT BLANC

The bottle is as exciting and colorful as the beer is tasty. This brand produces a wide variety of beers and lagers using water from the Mont Blanc glacier itself. There is hardly a store or bar in the Chamonix Valley that doesn’t have this brand at the very heart of their menu and for good reason.

SENJA HANDBRYGGERI

The arctic island of Senja in Norway’s northernmost region plays host to two of our biggest bucket list experiences. We chase the northern lights during the winter months and kayak the arctic islands during the summer months. An epic compliment to this spectacular place is that the island boasts its very own beer!
