LHO Veteran Guides are fully qualified professionals who have worked with the company over a sustained period. They lead programmes primarily in Chamonix and the Mont Blanc massif, with further work across the Vanoise, Écrins, Valais, Bernese Oberland, Aosta Valley, Dolomites and Piemonte.
Field experience
Guiding experience with LHO
François-Xavier has led multiple Mont Blanc and Monte Rosa climbs and has worked in both lead and supporting roles on LHO Matterhorn programmes. He has also led multiple LHO Eiger climbs.
His Eiger work includes guiding Nelly Attar on the Mittellegi Ridge following a preparation programme on the Aiguille d’Entrèves and Pyramide du Tacul. The completed climb is documented through LHO’s trip page, editorial coverage and photography.
