Find what moves you.
A major summit. Your first step into alpine climbing. An active holiday with a different view every day. Or a journey you’ve pictured for years. Choose a goal that means something to you, then let’s work out how to prepare for it.
Choose the goal that moves you
Three ways to give your training a destination. Explore the experience and preparation behind each one.

For the marathon minded
Climb Kilimanjaro
Give your endurance a mountain to aim for.
If you enjoy working steadily towards a big goal, give that commitment a new setting. Follow Kilimanjaro’s Machame Route through changing landscapes, share the rhythm of camp life and work towards a guided summit attempt on Africa’s highest mountain.
This is a trekking climb over several days, rather than a running event. Prepare for consecutive walking days, cold conditions and altitude. Fitness alone does not guarantee acclimatisation or reaching the summit.

Climb Mont Blanc
Take your endurance into the alpine world.
Turn a love of sustained effort into a new mountain experience. LHO’s guided Mont Blanc course combines acclimatisation, glacier skills and applied alpine training with a conditional attempt on the summit.
Arrive prepared for long mountain days. Fitness, technical readiness, conditions and guide judgement determine progression. General gym fitness alone does not establish readiness, and a summit attempt is never guaranteed.

Trek the Tour du Mont Blanc
Make the journey your goal.
Spend your days walking through the French, Swiss and Italian Alps, with mountain views, changing valleys and time together along the way. LHO’s itinerary links six selected walking stages with planned transport, combining the trail with Alpine villages and mountain accommodation.
This is a walking journey around the Mont Blanc massif. Prepare for repeated ascents, descents and consecutive days on uneven trails. It is a different experience from climbing Mont Blanc.

Two different journeys. Choose the one you want to experience for yourself.

Experience Everest Base Camp
Walk towards a place you’ve always imagined.
Follow the Khumbu’s trails through mountain villages and beneath Himalayan peaks on a journey to Everest Base Camp. Let the destination give your training direction, while the people and places along the way give the journey its meaning.
This is a trek to base camp. Sustained altitude and consecutive walking days need preparation, patient pacing and flexibility around mountain conditions.

Experience Machu Picchu
Choose a journey with history at its heart.
Bring together Andean landscapes, walking and Peru’s cultural heritage on a journey to Machu Picchu. Explore LHO’s Inca Trail and Salkantay options, then choose the route that fits the experience you want.
Preparation, altitude, permits and the journey itself vary by route. Check which route is attached to your chosen departure and confirm availability with the team.

Prepare with purpose.
Your F45 training can give you a reason to look further. Choosing an adventure means looking at the whole picture: your recent activity, mountain experience, available preparation time and the kind of journey you want.
On a suitability call, we’ll help you compare the options and understand the next steps. Explore each trip’s current itinerary, preparation requirements, inclusions and support before deciding. Mountain travel adds demands that regular gym training alone cannot cover.
