Itinerary

DAY 1: WELCOME TO ICONIC VERBIER

The first day is your arrival day! Upon landing at Geneva Airport, we’ll provide you with train tickets to Verbier, tailored to your arrival time, along with a detailed guide on navigating the train journey. The scenic train ride takes approximately 2 hours, with a transfer at the town of Martigny, where you’ll board a connecting train to Le Châble. At Le Châble, your LHO Team Leader will be waiting to meet you and assist with your luggage. Together, you’ll take the cable car up to Verbier, enjoying panoramic views as you ascend into the mountains. Don’t worry if you have a late arrival—the cable car runs until midnight, ensuring a smooth journey regardless of your arrival time. If you’re meeting us directly in Verbier, we’ll provide you with clear directions to our hotel ahead of time.

Early arrivals will benefit from sorting out ski rentals on arrival day, enabling them to hit the slopes as soon as they open the following morning. For those renting equipment the next morning, there’s no need to worry—your LHO Team Leader will personally escort you to the rental shop and ensure you’re fully set up before heading out on the slopes.

If you require a ski or snowboarding instructor, please arrange this with us ahead of time. Instructors are in high demand, and it may not be possible to secure one at the last minute.
In the evening, we’ll gather for a team dinner and trip briefing, hosted by your LHO Team Leader. During dinner, you’ll receive a detailed map of the ski area, along with an overview of the different sectors you’ll be exploring throughout the week. You’ll also be briefed on meeting points and procedures to follow in case you need assistance during your ski days.
This evening sets the stage for an incredible alpine adventure ahead!

DAYS 2–5: SKIING THE 4 VALLÉES – OUR ALPINE PLAYGROUND

Over the next four days, we’ll have the freedom to craft our perfect skiing experience in Verbier and the expansive 4 Vallées. Each day will follow a relaxed yet flexible rhythm, allowing us to ski together as one group, break off into smaller subgroups based on our interests, or enjoy some solitary time carving our own paths down the slopes. Whether we’re chasing adrenaline-fueled runs or taking it slow to soak in the stunning alpine views, this adventure is designed to accommodate every style.

Each morning begins with a hearty breakfast before we head out to the slopes. Our Team Leader will be there to ski alongside us, capture photos throughout the day, and ensure everyone gets equal time and attention. They’ll also offer daily recommendations tailored to our skill levels and goals, helping us make the most of our time on the mountain.

For lunch, we’ll regroup at designated picnic areas on the slopes, where we can relax, share stories from the morning, and enjoy our packed lunches while soaking in the incredible alpine scenery. These moments will be an opportunity to pause, recharge, and plan the afternoon’s adventures.
In the evenings, we’ll come together for dinner at a pre-arranged restaurant, with the details shared in advance so we can all plan our day accordingly. These dinners will be a chance to unwind, share highlights from the day, and enjoy each other’s company over delicious food.

Throughout these days, there are a few highlights we simply can’t miss. A visit to Mont Fort, the highest accessible lift in Verbier, promises not only breathtaking panoramic views but also one of the most exhilarating descents in the Alps. For those of us with the stamina and ambition, skiing across the entire 4 Vallées circuit offers an epic adventure that showcases the sheer scale of this legendary ski area. Advanced skiers will find their thrill on iconic freeriding descents such as Tortin and Mont Gelé, while those of us seeking more relaxed runs can glide through the beautiful tree-lined slopes around Medran and La Tzoumaz, offering a quieter yet equally scenic skiing experience.

Every day will bring a perfect balance of adventure, flexibility, and camaraderie. Whether we’re pushing our limits, discovering hidden gems, or simply soaking in the magic of the mountains, these days are all about embracing the alpine experience together.

DAY 6: FAREWELL TO VERBIER

Our final morning in Verbier begins with a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, offering one last chance to enjoy the alpine views before we pack up and prepare for departure.

For those of us heading back to Geneva Airport, train tickets and clear instructions for the return journey, including the connection in Martigny, will be provided. If anyone is extending their stay in Verbier or continuing their travels elsewhere, our LHO Team Leader will be available to assist with any final logistics or recommendations.

As we say our goodbyes, we’ll head off feeling refreshed from our time in the mountains, with the satisfaction of having made the most of our time in one of the Alps’ most iconic resorts. Safe travels, and see you again in the mountains!
