Imagine the impact of bringing your team together for an unforgettable adventure. With Millennials and Gen Z dominating the workforce — many prioritizing wellness, balance, and personal growth — experiences like climbing Kilimanjaro, trekking to Everest Base Camp, or rock climbing on a remote Greek island aren’t just memorable; they’re strategic. These cost-effective initiatives can boost your organization’s reputation, enhance productivity, and make your company a magnet for top talent.
Our corporate programs are designed with you in mind. Whether you’d like to send a team to climb Kilimanjaro with a CSR component, reward your staff with adventure opportunities as part of an employment package or outreach initiative, or organize a bespoke retreat, we’re the one-stop adventure partner who will make it happen.
“Life Happens Outdoors offered an incredible Kilimanjaro experience that perfectly aligned with vision. Their attentive guides and thoughtful planning not only ensured safety but also instilled confidence throughout the journey. The team’s genuine commitment and enthusiasm for the adventure resonated with our team’s personal values, making the trek an unforgettable and deeply fulfilling experience. I highly recommend Life Happens Outdoors for anyone seeking a thrilling yet well-guided outdoor adventure. Life truly happens outdoors with LHO (and they provide a shoulder to lean on!).”
