- Weekly endurance, strength, and mobility workouts for 6 weeks, updated weekly.
- 2 x 50min live strength workouts with Nelly over Zoom
- 1 x 30min coaching calls to discuss progress, goals, and best practices.
- Ongoing support over WhatsApp for 4 weeks
Mountain & Adventure Training Plan
4 weeks of virtual coaching that focuses on improving your athletic performance in mountain and adventure sports. The program is be customised to your current needs, the adventure you intend to embark on and your overall wellness goals. With the 4 week option, you will not only have daily workouts listed on Training Peaks (with lifetime access), but also 2 x Zoom live workouts with Nelly, and 1 x coaching calls to address inquiries, overall preparation and any other areas of support that may come up during our program.
The workouts will include endurance, strength, mobility, testing, and active recovery sessions all tailored towards improving your adventure-specific performance.
This is the Expedited Training Plan is recommended for LHO community members that have at least 1 month to prepare for an upcoming adventure.
About Nelly
Nelly Attar (Lebanese) is a record-breaking athlete, trainer, and sports entrepreneur.
She is the first Arab to summit K2 (world’s second highest peak, 2022) and the first Lebanese woman to scale Lhotse (8516m) and Ama Dablam (2021 & 2023). Nelly has scaled over 30 prominent peaks globally, and has achieved numerous global records through her athletic endeavors. Her most recent record is the Most 4 Fingers Pull-Ups in 1 Minute (female category), under the Guinness World Record.
Nelly aspires to pave the way for many in the Middle East to participate in outdoor sports.
